Erin Moore

Erin joined Matter in 2024 and works from our Dallas office. She brings a diverse skill set to Matter, including a BS in psychology from Texas Christian University, a Masters of Divinity from Pacific School of Religion, and a decade of teaching math and financial literacy in Texas public schools.

Matter’s emphasis on family culture and learning drew Erin to our firm, and her passion for building strong relationships through learning and communication make her a perfect fit. She appreciates the opportunity to share her love of teaching with our learning families and particularly enjoys helping Matter families develop their financial skills, values, and rapport with each other, so they can have meaningful conversations about their wealth. As a life-long learner herself, Erin is currently pursuing an MA in financial planning and financial therapy from Kansas State University.

In addition to her love of teaching and learning, Erin enjoys hosting parties, game nights, and celebrations. Hospitality is one of her family’s core values, and they take every opportunity to make the people around them feel special. They also prioritize outdoor adventures together (with their dog, Lady, in tow) and frequent Dallas’s White Rock Lake, zoo, and arboretum. When Erin has time to herself, she likes crafting, with a particular fondness for quilting.
