Connie Lucks

Connie joined Matter in St. Louis full time in 2019, after working with our client teams as a seasonal tax assistant. She has many years of corporate experience in procurement and as a business owner and draws on her exceptional organization and customer service skills to keep our office running smoothly.

An integral part of our support team, Connie brings a welcoming demeanor and organized, skillful approach to everything she does—from greeting Matter families at the office and on the phone, to data entry and facilities management, to logistics and planning.

Connie earned her BFA from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri. She continues to enjoy drawing as a hobby and pursues her passion for art history by visiting museums in cities around the world. She also loves doing arts and crafts with her grandchildren and cherishes time with family—especially cooking and eating Sunday dinners together.
